Can I use your services remotely?
Many of our services are delivered entirely remotely – by phone, email or video call. Where a face-to-face meeting is useful or necessary, we are happy to visit you or welcome you at our office.
Is there a warranty on the work performed?
Yes – we stand behind everything we do. If a defect appears within the agreed warranty period, we repair or correct it at no cost to you. The exact warranty terms are stated transparently in your quote.
Are there minimum contract periods or cancellation terms?
One-off jobs simply end at handover, with no hidden follow-up costs. For ongoing agreements we deliberately keep notice periods short and fair. All conditions are set out in writing before we begin.
Can I see references or examples of your work?
Of course. On request we will show you selected projects and case studies from our day-to-day work. You can also find reviews from clients in the region right here on this website.
